  • AccountsProduction: Prepare and produce accounts for a diverse portfolio ofclients.
  • CompanyFilings: Manage company filings and ensure compliance withstatutoryrequirements.
  • ManagementAccounts: Prepare and review management accounts providing insightsandrecommendations.
  • CompanySecretarial: Handle company secretarial duties includingmaintaining statutory books andrecords.
  • TaxCompliance: Manage both corporate and personal tax returns ensuringtimely and accuratesubmissions.
  • VATReturns: Complete and submit VAT returns forclients.
  • ClientInteraction: Directly support one of the practice s directorsliaising with clients on a regularbasis.

RequirementsRequirements
  • AccountingSoftware Proficiency: Experience with Xero Sage QuickBooks andpreferablyIRIS.

  • ProfessionalQualification: Ideally ACA ACCA or CTAqualified.
