TheRole

We are looking for suitablymotivated and qualified candidates to help us evolve, providescope, and deliver our already excellent services to more customersand candidates alike.

Whilst on paper our job issimple - find great candidates and place them with great companies- in reality the job is much tougher. Identifying the most skilledcandidates is difficult when they are likely to be in the mostdemand and the least likely to be overtly available on the openmarket, building relationships with them even more so. Convincingcompanies to allow you the opportunity to fill theirbusiness-critical roles and build their teams is a real challenge -why should they trust you to do so over other suppliers? Inaddition, both candidates and customers are people like you and me,people who are erratic, inconsistent, impulsive, and unpredictableand that will let you down from time to time. They all need helpwith their careers and engaging the right talent for theircompanies however, and if you can build the right relationshipswith the right people, base them on delivery, diligence, knowledge,trust, and consistency then that will bring with it rewards for thelong term - they will use your service repeatedly, refer you topeers and friends, enhance your reputation in the market, andensure your success breeds more success. As aResourcing & Candidate Consultant you will pre-screencandidates before interview for suitability and conduct interviews;keep in regular contact to review progress, performance &availability; coach candidates on interview skills/skills testing;manage Contractor availability to meet client needs; marketcandidate; search/shortlist candidates in line with jobrequirements in a timely and efficient manner; ensure CVs are of asuitable standard and reflective of requests; and provideinformation to candidates on clients and job specifications; andperform internal administration duties.

We haveopportunities for those that wish to lead; those that wants torecruit to contract desks, permanent desks, or hybrid desks;resourcing or candidate consultants; or indirect sales &marketing.

ThePerson

We will consider allbackgrounds if you are like minded and meet the personalityprofile, however we are looking for a at least a couple of yearswork experience in industry so you are fully versed andacclimatised to working five days week in and week outconsistently. Well-trodden pathsinclude;

  • Existing Recruiters, lookingfor a new environment and the chance to work in a positiveenvironment with like-minded people. Tech/IT experience ideally butnot a pre-requisite.
  • Sales roles - previoussales experience is beneficial both for the tasks at hand andknowledge of resilience required.
  • Retail -those who have excelled in customer service backgrounds oftendisplay the relationship building skills, experience of workingwith targets, and positive approachrequired.
  • Research - Gathering and recordinginformation, Identifying candidates and clients without the fullinformation required, headhunting and shortlisting for hard to fillroles, gathering data sets, reporting - these are all tasksinherently associated with a recruitmentdesk.
  • Graduates - Graduates that have finishedUniversity, had to achieve many goals and targets along the way,and have entered employment in a chosen career before realising isnot for them or has no real progression or earningpotential.
  • Non-Graduates - Whether you wentinto work straight from school or went to college, you may havereached that point where you want a career and not a job, somethingchallenging and fun, where you want to work hard as long as you cansee the rewards that will come.
  • ChangingCareers/Returning to Work - You may have had an enforced absencedue to life events, maternity/paternity, or just know that you needto do something new to reinvigorate and have the right set oftransferableskills.
