Our market leading client is looking for an enthusiastic andambitious Branch Manager who wishes toforge a career within a highly successful Estate Agentin Reddich.

This role is for an existing BranchManager Sales ManagerSenior Valuer wishing to take thatnext step in their career. You will have the ability to buildexcellent rapport with your team lead by example and have the skillto mentor and influence in a positive way.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 23years’ experience in a team leader role within theindustry an excellent track record in both sellingproperty and generating new business. You will not be requied to doany valuing yourself just the managment of the branch.

The skills required for a Sales BranchManager.
  • Minimum of 23years’ experience in Estate Agency
  • Selfmotivated & Driven
  • Strong desire to influence and lead a Team.
  • Knowledge of the local market area

  • Ability to generate newbusiness & opportunities.
