The team act for a variety of entities including insurance companies, self-insured and nominations via brokers. The work undertaken by the team is predominantly litigated with a small percentage of pre litigation work being on pre action disclosure applications. 

The Casualty team deal with a varied mix of work, ranging in value from low end fast track, all the way through to upper end multi track cases. The work includes a variety of different types of accidents from injury at work, Employers Liability and Public Liability (EL & PL), disease matters and RTA claims. 

An ideal candidate for the role will demonstrate an interest in Casualty work, act as a team player, have strong communication skills and attention to detail, as well as being familiar with working in a commercial environment.
