  • Perform caretaking and cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of internal of Together Housing properties
  • Clean and maintain internal communal areas, including floors, walls, windows, stairs, and light fixtures
  • Clear litter, rubbish, and fly tipping from communal areas and report any evidence of improper disposal
  • Inspect communal areas for hazards, damage, defects, and graffiti, and take appropriate action to address them
  • Conduct compliance checks, such as emergency lighting and fire alarm testing, and record the results

  • Full UK Driving License (manual)
  • Practical experience in cleaning or caretaking
