Your mission at LINDAL

​​​​​This role involves operating toolroom machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and assembling, repairing moulds.
Responsible for the maintenance, changes and repairs of plastic injection mould tools.

• Repair and maintain mould tools.
• Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve issues and address with minimal downtime to aid
• production.
•  Estimate length of time required to complete a job.
•  Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
•  Ensure company targets are met in respect of quality and efficiently.
•  Manufacture new tooling and ancillary spares to support production activity.
•  Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance on mould tools.
•  Carry out scheduled tool version changes.
•  Be actively involved in improvement activities to support the achievement of departmental and company objectives.

• Knowledge of measurement and build process of injection moulding tools
• Understanding of service scheduling
• Understanding of engineering drawings
• Understanding manufacturing processes
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Planning and prioritising activities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
• Ability to multi- task

Desirable
· CNC, CAD\CAM experience
· Experience Microsoft applications
