Account Manager (Home Working -Automotive ExperienceNeeded)

We are workingwith one of the UK's fastest-growing companies in the vehiclewarranty sector who wish to continue to grow their coverage.Therefore, we are seeking new Account Managers to cover an area ofthe UK.

This is an amazing opportunity to seizean Autonomous role - where you can be your own boss, with afantastic Salary, Package, Laptop, Phone & even a New FullyElectric Company Car which will cost you hardly any company cartax.

As an Account Manager, your role will betwo-fold, providing great customer service to and driving businesswith their existing motor dealer accounts and actively canvassingand acquiring new business from target dealer accounts in yourdesignated territory as well.

Training isprovided over your career, including the first week at HQ, and then1:1 for a few days to settle you in, then ongoing training andregular sales meetings.

The Role

  • Researching and maintaining afirst-class knowledge of your territory and the opportunitieswithin it.
  • Developing and coaching theperformance of new and existing dealers by driving bespoke trainingsolutions to support their warrantysales.
  • Actively find new ways to win businessfrom target accounts with the use of our consultative salesprocess.
  • Dealing with all client queries andliaising with management asrequired.
  • Negotiate, and overcome anyobjections in order to win business from target dealeraccounts.
  • Ensure you plan ahead in order todeliver the growth required to support your monthly new businessKPI's.
  • Regularly review to pinpoint any areaswhich may require additional focus in yourterritory.
  • Plan your own diary to maximise youreffectiveness in the role.
  • ExperienceRequired
  • Sales experience and/or field-basedenvironment is needed (Essential) some of their best AccountManagers came from large Automotive companies ..BusinessManagers/Sales Managers from the motortrade.
  • Self-confidence and goodrelationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable withcold-calling and able to think on your feet.
  • Agood eye for the details.
  • The ability to adaptto change as we constantly improve ourbusiness.
  • To be a highly SELF-motivatedindividual, hungry to succeed and be thebest.
  • Great communication and presentationskills.
  • Able to persuade and influencepotential sales over the line.
  • Excellentcustomer service skills.
  • Comfortable proposingideas and proposals to management.

The Salary &Package

  • 45-50,000+ potential earningsper annum with uncapped commission.(Top Account manager is earning69,000)
