FullTime and Permanent: 40hrs MonFri 1 in 3 Saturdays (Saturday is ahalf day and paid asovertime)

Youwill work for an experienced franchise Service Leader and canbenefit from manufacturer training a great atmosphere and plenty ofwork to keep youproductive

Asa skilled service technician you must hold skills and knowledge todiagnose system faults rectify the faults (including replacingcomponents) and return vehicle systems to manufacturerspecification.

Ourclient is welcoming applications from experienced serviceTechnicians trained to diagnostic or master technician levelswithin in a franchised dealerenvironment.

Youwill require a Full UK drivers licence and have your owntools.

Dependingon your skill level the role willinvolve:
Utilising your technicalknowledge to carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehiclesincluding minor and major mechanicalwork
Complete major electricaland engine repair work
Meet anddiscuss the vehicle and repairs needed with the customer whennecessary
Carry out road tests ofcustomer vehicles after work has been carriedout
Using advanced diagnosticequipment to fault find items relevant to the franchisebrand
Ability to complete aVehicle Health Check (VHC) ensuring that the (VHC) video completionmeets target and exceeds all Vehicle (VHC)KPIs

Technical knowledge to allow you to confidently and safely carryout repairs and maintenance of customervehicles.

Demonstrate capability and confidence in using systems andequipment within theworkshop

Experience within a franchise dealer working to the highest qualitystandards

Experience of working to productivitytargets

Working as part of a team to achieve the best results for thecustomer

Qualified by experience in post or Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance andRepair

Mentor & Coach apprentices and support less experiencedteammembers
