About the Role

Business activities:

Taking responsibility alongside the manager for the business performance of the Coffee Shop Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.

Front-of-house:

Coordinating the operation of the Coffee Shop during scheduled shifts. Managing staff and providing them with feedback. Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards. Training and motivating staff. Organising and supervising the shifts of front of house staff

Housekeeping:

Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. Checking stock levels and ordering supplies. Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required. Helping in any area of the coffee shop when circumstances dictate

About You:

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual with a positive disposition to support in leading our coffee shop team by example.

Working in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will ensure the highest operational standards, We are looking for someone who is decisive with effective time management skills, working to tight deadlines.

You must enjoy a varied workload, and possess the ability to motivate and co-ordinate a team with a “hands-on” approach, whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer experience at all times.
