Working Full Time: 37.5 Hours Per Week

We have an exciting opportunity for two HR Advisors to join our team to support the HR Team in the delivery of a generalist HR service to a number of internal directorates.

The successful candidate will undertake a key role in the provision of a high quality, professional proactive and efficient HR advisory service to the Trust, through consistent application of the Trusts policies and procedures, underpinned by current employment legislation.

Reporting to a HR Business Partner, you will be aligned to multi-Directorate workforce within the organisation but will also be expected to be team focused and work across all areas of the Trust on general HR matters as required.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidates will:

Coach and mentor to build capability in othersChampion equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing Confidently support first stage employee relations casesHave a supportive and empathetic approachWork flexibly, in order to meet different delivery demandsDevelop collaborative stakeholder relationship

You will be a visible presence within your assigned directorates supporting the HR Business Partner in driving forward the Trust’s agreed workforce agenda whilst having responsibility for supporting on specific corporate Workforce objectives.

You will support managers on the interpretation and implementation of Trust policies and procedures ensuring compliance with employment legislation, providing information/statistics to assist managers in monitoring and managing performance against service delivery.
