Here at BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting and expanding construction biased business, where YOU can help support the M&E division as an apprentice administrator.


Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated trades.


• Administration and management of document control portals: Asite, 4projects, BIM

• Onboarding new suppliers to our My Compliance software

• Supporting buyers on tenders

• Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and following up when required

• Proactively assisting with the smooth running of the office Preferable skills

• Keen to learn

• Flexible approach to tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail

• Fast, accurate typing skills an advantage.

• Well organised, self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

• Microsoft Office proficient, Excel skills an advantage


  • Experience with document controls at site level
  • Excellent worth ethic
  • Experience using all Microsoft programmes
  • Experience using CAFM and other FM systems.
