Interim Regulatory Reporting SME for Global Payments Client

Protiviti are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our global Payment's client's UK team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our client's regulatory submissions based in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Regulatory Reporting: Take full ownership of the firm's regulatory reporting processes.
- Review and Audit Compliance: Conduct thorough reviews of regulatory submissions to ensure all fields are populated accurately and completely.
- Error Mitigation: Identify and rectify errors in regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with ACPR standards.
- Ongoing Compliance Monitoring: Maintain vigilance over regulatory reporting practices, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory reporting matters, liaising with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies such as the ACPR.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in regulatory reporting within the financial services industry, with specific experience in French regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of ACPR regulations and reporting standards.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing regulatory reports.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
