Areyou interested in making a difference?We have a rewarding opportunity available for a caring and compassionateadministrator to join our friendly mental health team, who support people withmental health difficulties across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
The LPT Employment Support Service works with adults whoare open to community mental health team (CMHT), psychosis intervention andearly recovery (PIER) and Assertive Outreach.Its aim is to provide information, advice, guidance and support to findpaid work, as part of an individualised recovery plan, providing assistance tofind the right job with the right support.
Main duties of the job
You will be joining a supportive administrativeservice and will be encouraged to undertake training and personal developmentopportunities.

Successful candidates willhave:
Excellent IT and audio-typing skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
The ability to liaise with service users in a calmand compassionate manner
Theability to work positively and proactively as part of the wider administrativeand clinical teams

Experience
Essential
Experience of communicating effectively and build positive working relationships. Highly skilled in all areas of Microsoft Office; able to demonstrate good keyboard skills in terms of speed and accuracy to produce correspondence and to present data on a spreadsheet using Excel. Experience of planning and organising meetings, appointments and events including implementing systems to prioritise for self and others. Experience of taking minutes/notes of meetings, circulating documentation including identifying actions ensuring they are logged, prioritised, and are followed up Experience of receiving, recording and relaying complex information via the telephone and dealing with emotive situations with sensitivity, diplomacy and confidentiality Using own initiative to solve problems, including taking corrective actions and able to work under pressure and handle conflicting demands and interruptions. Experience of dealing with change in the workplace and adjusting own working practices to meet new requirements

Qualifications
Essential
GCSE Grade C (new Grade 4) in English and Maths Qualified to NVQ/ILM Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent skills and Knowledge Level 2 qualification in word processing/Typewriting or can demonstrate equivalent skills
