Residential Support Care Worker - Witham, Essex (CM8)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Witham, Essex (CM8)
No experience is needed just a can-do attitude We will ensure you receive all the required training to become a valued member of our team.
Location: Witham
Salary: £12.38 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time & Relief
Full UK or European driving licence is preferred but not essential

What This Role is All About
As a Support Worker, you’ll work closely with adults with learning disabilities, helping them live more independently and achieve personal goals—big or small. Your days will be varied and rewarding, from assisting with daily activities to creating fun, innovative ways to support each person in reaching their own potential.
You could be helping someone plan a budget, support them in pursuing a new hobby, or accompany them on a community outing. Every person is unique, and so is the support you’ll provide
