£12,600 pro rata + £2,300car allowance

Based - Scotland (Glasgow) - Hybrid | 12hrs Per week (2 days)

Must be AET qualified or Equivalent

As a Regional Trainer, immerse yourself in the heart of training. Design and deliver cutting-edge training programs, equipping our managers with skills for success in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

• In-house leadership and management program design and delivery
• Engaging classroom training leadership
• Specialised training in People Management, Recruitment, and Coaching
• Bringing classroom training to life through line manager coaching
• Maintaining training records on the system
• Supporting client training requests
• Developing bespoke courses for elevated leadership
• Building relationships and consulting on solutions
• Providing expertise on leadership and soft skills projects
• Designing, delivering, and managing Leadership Programs
• Supporting ongoing development of new employees
• Revising and updating programs for changing work environment

• Level 3 AET or Equivalent
• Level 3 CAVA or Equivalent
• Up-to-Date First aid at Work Qualification
• Experience In delivering Door Supervisor, Security officer and CCTV training to SIA standards.
