At CrossReach, we offer you the opportunity to become a Care Worker, supported by comprehensive training and a nurturing team environment.

As a Care Worker with CrossReach, you'll provide essential support to individuals needing assistance with daily living activities. Your role will involve helping people with personal care, administering medication, and offering companionship, all while respecting their dignity and promoting their independence. You’ll play a crucial part in enhancing their quality of life, whether by aiding them in daily routines or simply being a friendly presence.

You’ll join a team of dedicated professionals who come from various walks of lifesome seasoned in care, others from different fields or just starting their career journey.

In this relief role, you’ll have the flexibility to work as and when you prefer, adjusting your shifts to fit around your other commitments. As we do our work in Christ’s name you must be respectful of our Christian Ethos and be able to work within it.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
