CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We are currently seeking to employ a Joiner to work on our maintenance and refurbishment contract for the MOD through Amey in the Catterick area.

Specification:

Relevant experience

Desirable:

Experience in housing maintenance/repair

 Essential:

You will receive a company vehicle for commuting and business purpose – Full UK driving license required. The candidate will be expected to cover call out as part of a rota MOD security clearance will be required

Description:

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

Void Work, Project Work & Reactive Maintenance in properties on MOD sites in the Catterick area. 24 hours call out rota subject to client’s requirements

Hours: 40 hours each week Monday to Friday, with a ½ hour unpaid lunch break.

Location: Catterick. 

Salary: Competitive salary, negotiable depending on qualifications.
