New Contract Opportunity............

Our client is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their dynamic building repairs team initially for a 5/6-month contract.

This role involves supporting the Building Repairs Managers by providing a comprehensive building repair and voids service, including managing contractor payments and conducting appropriate audits.
Key Responsibilities and Duties will include:

Surveying assets and updating stock data.Diagnosing required work.Evaluating the best options to carry out repairs.Issuing repairs and managing a range of planned repair projects.Managing repair projects including decorations, cladding, fire upgrades, window replacements, re-roofing, electrical work, extensions, and structural repairs.If you are a proactive and experienced Building Surveyor with a proven track record in building surveying and a strong understanding of NEC3 term contracts, who can manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, then this could be for you.
