We are recruiting for a Commercial Support Team Lead for Dawsongroup emc, based in Brighouse.

As the Commercial Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day supervision and support to the Commercial Support team adopting a hands-on approach where work volume requires it
  • Reviewing existing working practices and suggest new, more efficient ways of working
  • Proactively resolving issues or escalating to the Commercial Manager where needed
  • Ensuring that all deadlines and financial targets are met in relation to recharge and warranty submission
  • To act as the first point of contact for all recharge and warranty queries, working with the Operations Team to understand the query

The successful Commercial Support Team Leader will hold:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Previous experience working in a customer focused role
  • Previous Supervisory or Team Leading experience
