Your new companyGFSL are currently looking for an experienced Project manager to join their team covering Gloucester (GL12) and Bristol area within the prison service.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

3 years managerial and technical experience in project delivery for construction and renovation workExperience in NEC contracts and the tendering process of projectsExperience in CDM 2015 regulations and awareness of Building Safety Act 2023 and relevant duty holdingsCurrent CITB SMSTS certificationManagement of project budgets from £50,000 to around £500,000Experienced of managing multiple projects, at different stages of development across disciplines and establishmentsExperienced at managing low value, high volume minor work projectsExperience of building strong client relationships, subcontractor management and internal stakeholder relationshipsPublic, prison sector, defence or similar experience preferredDriving licenceExcellent organisational, time management and people skills
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 39 hrs per week.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will understand model contract forms such as JCT, NEC, CDM Experience (2015), an understanding of BREEAM and BIM, current or previous experience within a similar role managing client-facing Project Work services and a background in construction and refurbishment.
You must hold a Project management qualification such as a PRINCE 2, and you will also have experience in both Project delivery and lifecycle development & mechanical plants.
