The Role:

Were seeking an enthusiastic andselfmotivated Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small teamensuring the smooth operation of our site this includes producingand implementing proactive yearround maintenance plans delegatingtasks to the team and ensuring they are completed within the timeframes set.

Reporting to the General Manageryoull ensure all buildings grounds and services are maintainedeffectively to maximise our visitors enjoyment of the site andensure they receive a safe and pleasing service at all times.

In this varied role your tasks will includebasic plumbing and electrical work painting and decorating alongwith managing external contractors that are selected for specificprojects that have been agreed with the General Manager. Throughoutyour work youll ensure all health and safety and legal requirementsare met.

You will also work closely with theHousekeeping Manager supporting them with duties including linendeliveries and collections villa /garden maintenance. In additionto this you will produce and help to cover our out of hours calloutrotas and liaise with visitors in a courteous and professionalmanner answering any questions and signposting informationresources as appropriate.

ThePerson:

With extensive experienceof managing a small maintenance department youll have a solidunderstanding of current building regulations and health and safetylegislation.

Practical maintenance knowledge andskills are essential. With strong organisational skills youll beable to manage your teams and own workload identify prioritise anddelegate key tasks.

As a leader youll bepositive professional and proactive always happy to help out yourcolleagues and take on tasks outside your general remit. Withstrong customer service and interpersonal skills you will buildrapport with your own team and have good working relationships withall departments on site have a natural drive for quality and takepride in your work.

Youll have a good level ofgeneral health sound computer numeracy and literacy abilitiesflexibility to support all areas of the business and a full cleanUK driving licence.
