To create a wine experience, help and advise guests with their wine and after dinner drinks choices while serving them with accuracy & flair. To maintain, replenish & clean all wine service areas, cellar, wine racks, wine tables and fridges, leading to efficient wine service whilst ensuring consistently outstanding service.

You'll create a seamless journey & outstanding wine experience for guestsYou will be responsible for the smooth service within our food and beverage outlets, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experienceYou’ll also develop an excellent knowledge of all the food and beverage products within your assigned department, in order to communicate offerings to our guestsOur values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Junior Sommelier you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy Provide knowledgeable advise to guests on wine selection in a professional and friendly manner, and serve all drinks with accuracy and attention to detailActively up sell beverages to guests by imparting your knowledge of wines and beverages in regards to matching with their dish choiceIdentify when and why decanting of wines is required and perform decanting of bottles of wine or port in front of the guest in a professional and careful mannerMaintain a clean and efficient wine and cellar environment to meet & exceed guest expectations and our company’s standards
