Cover Supervisor - Romford
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. This role offers a great opportunity to work within a supportive school environment and engage with students across various subjects.

Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Romford
Salary Scale: £90-£130
Contract Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and materials provided by the subject teachers.
- As a Cover Supervisor you will manage classroom behavior and address any issues promptly.
- Support students in their learning and answer questions related to the assigned work.
- As a Cover Supervisor you will collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in students' learning experiences.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence in managing a classroom and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
- Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects and year groups.
- A degree in education or a relevant subject is desirable but not essential.
- Experience as a cover supervisor or within education desirable, must be confident to deliver lessons and manage a classroom effectively.
