Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a Support worker at our clients home based in Rhos On Sea.


Meet the Client:

I am an 85 year old lady that enjoys the company of others. I would like someone to join my team of care, this person has to enjoy caring for others and spending time with me. I mobilise around my apartment with a zimmer frame and will always need prompting to make sure that I use it.

The successful candidate would need to complete some light cleaning duties within my home to keep it clean and tidy.

I like to watch game shows and morning television programmes, as well as fidget toys and puzzles. I enjoy easy cooked foods for my meals such as poached eggs and soup. I collect teddy bears which I do set out each morning around me when I am sat in my living room, one of my favourite teddies is Basil Brush.

When you'll be working:

  • x 2 Day Shifts a week
  • 10am-6pm
  • Part Time
  • 16 hours per week
  • Must be able to work alternate weekends

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support our female client with learning disabilities in her own home during the day. This will involve assisting and prompting her, aswell as light domestic duties.

No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
