Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire are seeking an experienced Bartender.

The Bartender is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional Beverage quality and service to our guests. The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service at our newly renovated The Wild Carrot Bar and Library Bar.

 The Bartender has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that every guest receives the highest quality of service, personalising the service and interacting with the guests at the Bar.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. And, can create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons

Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks

Assessing bar guests’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

Plan and present bar menu

Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

The ideal Bartender candidate will have values based on the Four Seasons Golden Rule.

We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service This position requires an applicant with a high level of wine, liquor and beer knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request with the ability to proactively understand guest’s preferences and needs.

Proficiency in English language required.
