Job Description: We are seeking a highly passionate English teacher who shares the school’s commitment to academic excellence and fosters a love of English. The ideal candidate is motivated to help every child succeed and has an unrelenting drive to improve the life chances of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English across all key stages from KS3 to KS5.
  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love for English.
  • Collaborate with a creative and welcoming department to plan and execute curriculum.
  • Potentially teach a second subject (desirable but not essential).
  • Contribute to a vibrant and supportive teaching environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching English.
  • Ability to teach a second subject is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong commitment to academic excellence and student success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
