The Contracts Manager will oversee and mentor a team of project managers responsible for planning and executing projects. You will play a critical role in managing resources, ensuring project goals are met, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of project managers in the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop strategic project management plans, emphasising efficiency, risk management, and resource optimisation.
  • Oversee all aspects of project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement best practices for project management processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, fostering team growth and skill enhancement.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in all project activities.
  • Report to senior leadership on project status, performance metrics, and strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing complex construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle stress and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising with clients, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
