Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and workflows toidentify inefficiencies gaps and opportunities foroptimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders togather requirements understand business needs and translate theminto Anaplan models and solutions.
• Designdevelop and maintain Anaplan models including data integrationcalculations and reporting functionalities to support businessplanning forecasting and decisionmaking processes.
• Conduct system testing troubleshooting and debugging toensure the accuracy and reliability of Anaplan models andsolutions.
• Provide training and support toendusers on Anaplan functionality best practices and usageguidelines.
• Partner with crossfunctional teamsincluding Finance Operations and IT to drive alignment and adoptionof Anaplan as a central planning and analytics platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends Anaplan features and bestpractices to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiencyof Anaplan solutions within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business AdministrationFinance Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a BusinessAnalyst with a focus on business planning financial analysis orrelated areas.
• Proven experience designing andimplementing Anaplan models including advanced knowledge of Anaplanfunctionalities such as modules lists hierarchies and formulabuilding.
• Strong analytical skills with theability to understand complex business processes and translate theminto actionable insights and Anaplan solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability toeffectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
• Detailoriented mindset with afocus on delivering highquality accurate and reliable Anaplansolutions.
• Anaplan certification(s)preferred.
