Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner
Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £70,000

Overview:
We are currently working with a leading FMCG organisation based in Maidenhead, who are looking to hire a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong background in data manipulation, stakeholder engagement, and performance/KPI reporting. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance and providing insights to senior management to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Analyse and manipulate large data sets to identify trends, performance drivers, and business opportunities.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver financial analysis to aid strategic planning and the achievement of business targets.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive solutions to business challenges.

About You:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Proven experience in data manipulation, including working with large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Strong background in performance management, including designing and reporting on KPIs.
  • Demonstrable experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
