Responsibilities of theCivils Coordinator:

  • Youwill be responsible for scheduling of workload linked to prioritiesand availability of skills and resources for our inhouse team ofCivils Engineers.
  • Ensuring the dailywhereabouts for the engineers and compliance iscompleted.
  • Continuously liaising with theclient to provide relevant updates information and communicationsas required and updating the inhouse systems ensuring all detailsare accurate.
  • Manage Civil engineers to ensuremaximum output productivity from operational fieldworkforce.
  • Support administration of financesand reconciliation of timesheets and preparation of selfbillinginvoices.

What we arelooking for:

  • Previousexperience in planning and scheduling resources whilst working todeadlines.
  • Competent IT User (includingMicrosoft Word Excel Outlook)
  • Have the abilityto work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention todetail
  • A great attitude a fantastic work ethicand a desire tolearn
