A highly respected national law firm with a strong reputation is looking for a motivated and experienced Head of Care with 10+ PQE.

As the Head of Care, you will be expected to showcase your skills in people management and strategic planning. With a caseload to start with, your responsibilities will include team organisation, performance and appraisal management, as well as exploring new ideas for marketing and scaling the office in Wolverhampton.

You will need a strong Care/Family background, along with experience in Business Development and networking. As a people person, your ability to manage a team will be critical to your success in this role.
