Step Teachers are working with a "Good" Ofsted-rated Primary School in Enfield to find a KS2 Teacher to join their team full-time from September 2024, working alongside their Year 5 and 6 classes. This school is passionate about fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while inspiring their pupils to be ambitious and motivated in their learning. A successful KS2 Teacher should be ready to contribute to these ideals while creating positive relationships with their students and fellow teachers.

KS2 Teacher - Role:
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
  • Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
  • Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
  • Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.
KS2 Teacher - Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Have recent experience as a KS2 Teacher in a primary school.
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
