Mitie Property Services (UK) Ltd are seeking a Painting & Decorating Apprentice to start working with us in September.
Qualities we are looking for in a prospective Apprentice:
Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times Experience of dealing with members of the public, gained through voluntary or paid work experience Must be self-motivated and a good team player Can understand, interpret and follow instructions Strong communication skillsJob Role/List of duties to include but not exclusively:
Carry out preparation works to walls to make good, ready for decoration Carry out internal/external painting and decorating to a high standard Undertake minor repair works Bring any Issues or concerns to the attention of the Line Manager Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) where needed. Use all tools, equipment and materials safely Build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, customers and managers
