Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior/Associate level Urban Designer to join our team in Leeds or Manchester. As a key member, you will lead large-scale projects, drive business development, and mentor a team of passionate professionals.

Requirements:

10+ years of professional experience RIBA Part 3 or ARB registration, possibly CMLI And or recognised Practitioner of the Urban Design Group or Academician of the Academy of Urbanism Proven leadership in project delivery and team management Strong design skills in urban design, masterplanning, and smaller-scale architecture Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in project management and financial oversight
