We’re Recruiting a Technical Administrator join our Retail Team
The role of the Technical Administrator is to support with Administrational actions to enable delivery of the product strategy by ensuring product information is recorded and correctly inputted into required systems enabling the products of the best quality to be received by our customers on time and in full.
What will you do as a Technical Administrator at N Brown?
Allocate and input weights and dimensions into system with agreed SLA. Action issues relating to weights and dimensions within agreed SLA. Generate daily and weekly reports as required. Identify and amend any incorrect product/ packaging weights and dimensions data. Monitor data in the Pivott88 compliance system Log progress of pivot88 data and report monthly to management team. Manage customer expectations though accurate and timely communication with Technical, MIS and Logistics teams. Ensure ‘general housekeeping’ to maintain the integrity of the technical folders and keeping information up to date and correct in all relevant systems and database’s Other Admin duties are also an essential daily part of the Technical Admin role as you are providing full administrative support to the Technical team.What skills and experience will you have?
Excellent administrative, communication and organisation skills A keen interest in data, systems & reporting Quality focused & timely Motivated & driven to exceed expectations Happy to work independently Retail administration experience preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft suites- excel, word. We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat
Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5-days. We don’t have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
