A global manufacturing company, based in the North West, is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join their technical team at their North West site. This role offers a great opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute to their ongoing success while developing their engineering career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support across manufacturing processes, including polymer, power, and utilities.
  • Optimize process variables to improve product quality and yield.
  • Participate in process safety analysis.
  • Conduct data and root cause analysis to enhance process capabilities.
  • Manage changes related to new chemicals and polymers, collaborating with global research teams.
  • Support and implement improvement projects in collaboration with operations, engineering, and reliability teams.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 2:1 degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant work experience through placements or internships.
