Permanent Role.

We are closely working in partnership with a well established, dynamic IFA firm based in Swanley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as an IFA Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role:

Issuing letter of authorities (LOAs) to providers and learning to write basic Suitability Letters Providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients. Telephone liaison with Administration Centres and Paraplanners, chasing financial institutions to provide requested information Completing illustrations and applications for new business Processing New Business applications and chasing through to completion. Tasks must be completed within a timely manner

Are you;

Someone who has worked as an Administrator at an IFA or within a Wealth Management environment? Someone who has excellent IT and communication skills, are you highly organised and can make decisions? Someone who is confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion? Someone who is a self starter and able to work with little or no supervision?
