We are currently seekingtwo enthusiastic Dispatch Clerks our long-standing client's site inHoo, Rochester. This is a long-term temp-to-permanent opportunity,and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join ourteam.

Shifts:

AMShift: 6 AM - 2 PM

PM Shift: 2 PM - 10PM

PayRates:

AM: Starting salary 12.20p/h, OT 16.23 p/h (increasing after 12 weeks probation depending onexperience) + Excellent Company Benefits.

PM:Starting salary 12.60 p/h, OT 16.76 p/h (increasing after 12 weeksprobation depending on experience) + Excellent CompanyBenefits.

Responsibilities:

Asa Dispatch Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smoothoperation of our logistics processes. In addition to supportingoutbound admin and bay control operations, your responsibilitieswill include:

  • Maintain accuraterecords and documentation related to shipments, ensuring compliancewith industry standards.
  • Collaborate withinternal teams and external partners to coordinate shipments,resolve issues, and provide exceptional customerservice.
  • Provide guidance and support tocolleagues, especially during peak periods, and contribute to thecontinuous improvement of teamperformance.
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoingshipments to ensure products meet establishedstandards.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels,conducting regular audits, and reportingdiscrepancies.
  • Generate and analyze reportsrelated to dispatch activities, identifying areas for improvementand implementing corrective actions.
  • Adhere tosafety guidelines and protocols, promoting a safe workingenvironment for yourself and yourcolleagues.
  • Work closely with Managers toensure accurate completion of paperwork and proper receipt of goodswithin the warehousefunction.
