Requirements
What you will do:
Identify, assess, and prioritise Cyber Security risks and provide recommendations for enhancing the organization's security posture. Develop and execute the organization's operational Cyber Security strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Identify Cyber Security improvements across various business operations including IT, Production, and Infrastructure. Build and lead a robust Cyber Security/SOC team, dedicated to safeguarding the integrity and security of business assets and systems: Lead and coordinate incident response activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Conduct Cyber Security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks and develop effective mitigation/remediation strategies. Oversee penetration testing activities for internal solutions and systems, ensuring effective remediation efforts. Evaluate and manage Cyber Security vendor relationships to ensure the selection and implementation of effective security solutions and technologies. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to integrate Cyber Security practices throughout the business. Develop and monitor relevant Cyber Security KPIs, to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organisations Cyber Security controls and risks. Ensure security requirements and best practices are integrated throughout the SDLC of our products. Align internal development and production practices with relevant security standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Ensure cybersecurity best practices are maintained through R&D architecture committees.What you will bring:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's or MBA) preferred. English fluent required., French is a plus. At least 5 years proven experience in a Senior Cyber Security operational role Extensive experience in developing and implementing Cyber Security strategies. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CySA or CISA etc are often preferred. Hands-on involvement in ISO Certifications, Cyber Essentials Plus, PCI DSS or SOC1&SOC2 compliance is a plus. In-depth knowledge of Cyber Security technologies, tools, and best practices. Familiarity with cloud security, mobile security, and associated technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making Ability to analyse and investigate complex Cyber Security issues and make informed decisions. Up-to-date knowledge of Cyber Security trends, threats, and regulatory requirements. Ability to effectively collaborate with R&D teams to integrate security controls and best practices. Experience with cloud security principles and best practices. Knowledge of various security solutions, including, IDS/IPS,DLP SIEM, CASB and emerging technologies such as Hands on experience of implementing or managing a Security Operations Centre is an advantageAt Sidetrade, we cultivate a multicultural environment that fuels innovation.
