Are you a recent English graduate looking to make a difference in education? GSL Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Graduate to join our client school in Boston.

Job Summary: English Graduate will be responsible for managing the classroom, ensuring students remain on task and continue their learning during the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects, with a focus on English.
  • Support and guide students in their academic and personal development.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.

The successful candidate will:

  • A degree in English or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and engage students effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for education and a commitment to student success.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cover a range of subjects and year groups.
