As our team expands we are seeking acustomerfocused individual with a passion for IT to join us as aService Desk Technician. In this role youll be the initial point ofcontact for our clients providing them with professional andreliable technical support through our Tier 1 ServiceDesk.

What will youdo

  • Deliver efficientand effective customer service to endusers andstakeholders.
  • Handle incoming issues throughour ITSM software ensuring timelyresolution.
  • Provide firstline diagnosis andresolution aiming for high firsttimefixes.
  • Escalate complex problems to Tier 2Service Desk Technicians whennecessary.
  • Prioritise and manage your workloadto meet client SLAs.
  • Coordinate with thirdparties for software installation configuration androllout.
  • Assist in setting up and deploying newusers hardware and software.
  • Adhere to companypolicies procedures and bestpractices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation ofsupported networks and devices.

Toexcel in this role youll need strong customer service skillsorganization and excellent communication and problemsolvingabilities. While prior experience in a Managed Service providerenvironment would be advantageous its not mandatory as fulltraining will be provided.

WorkingHours: Monday Friday 9am to6pm
