Sales Development Representative

Yard Digital (a part of Koios group), British data analytics company exceling in customer insights, profiling, and data consolidation, needs you (a junior/mid) to:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Contact and qualify prospective customers
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, cold calls, email, and other methods to generate new sales opportunities
- Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
- Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions with the sales representatives and follow-up
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals, provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Which skills and qualifications are a must have?
- One or more years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach, strong analytical skills, and work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
Which are nice to have?
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experience
- Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software
