Cardiologist

Potters Bar, United Kingdom Think Workforce Full time

Our client is representing a patient that suffered a stroke during a routine surgery, this lady was not told about the stroke - and only found out what had happened around 6 months later. As a result, this individual has missed out on important treatments and therapies, that other stroke victims would have benefited from in similar situations. These therapies are usually facilitated to help aid in the recovery process, and without these therapies and treatments, recovery can take longer and have had a significant impact on the patient's life, work and general well being.

We are seeking an expert opinion from a Cardiologist that helps determine how this has affected the patient and how the patient is still impacted, and how this may also affect her in the future.
We would also need to know what difference these missed therapies and treatment, had she received them would have made to her recovery - taking into account consequential illness, time of recovery and stress.
The solicitor for the patient is bringing forward a claim delay in treatment, and a secondary possible claim of misdiagnosis, breach of duty and the cause.
The solicitor isn't certain who will be best suited for this report, so we are happy to discuss with a suitable Cardiologist. We can supply medical and nursing records.

Assignment: Cardiologist
Location: Potters Bar and Remote
Rate: £850
Assessment: ASAP
Report Due Date: 14/12/24

Unlike other agencies, we pay you the week after the report has been submitted - no need to wait months for the case to conclude
