The East Lancashire Primary Team at Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit KS1 Teachers to support the great schools that we work with in our area, for a September 2024 start.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate KS1 or KS2 Teacher to join our team of teaching staff. As a dedicated KS1 or KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be a Qualified Class Teacher with experience in Primary Schools, specifically in KS1 or KS2.
- Be hard-working, organised and committed to raising standards.
- Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment and experience.
- Have a strong understanding of the KS1 or KS2 curriculum, in order to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
- Set high expectations to enable children to achieve.
- Manage Teaching Assistants effectively
- Use assessment strategies effectively
- Immerse yourself into the school, promoting their ethos and building relationships with children, staff and families.
- Have a Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).
- Have effective behaviour management strategies.
- Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
