What we needWe are looking for a skilled IT Officer to join our team during an exciting period of change. As part of our Project Connect initiative, you will be at the forefront of integrating our People, Finance, and Payroll systems, ensuring a seamless end-to-end user experience. In this role, you will be the first point of technical support for users, providing crucial assistance as they navigate the new systems. Your expertise will also be invaluable in consulting on all technical questions, ensuring that the project's implementation is smooth and effective. Join us and help shape the future of our organization About You To be successful in this role, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of IT systems, software and hardware. Experience in managing and supporting integrated systems, the ability to diagnose, resolve and troubleshoot issues promptly is required. You should have excellent customer service skills to be able to provide support and guidance to system users. You will be familiar with implementing integrated systems and be able to collaborate with other project leads and SMEs to ensure successful implementation and roll out.
