**THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT ONLY**

  • £22,370 per annum salary
  • 37.5 hours in a week.
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays increasing with length of service.
  • Bonus 1 January potential to earn up to 5% hospital/company related bonus.
  • Bonus 2 June potential to earn up to 5% individual performance related bonus.

Responsibilities of our Patient Driver:

  • Liaise with appointments team for patient’s movement
  • Call patients to arrange transport requirements
  • Collect and return patients from home or medical centres in the area
  • Assist patients with poor mobility on and off the transport
  • Wheelchair patients in and out of the transport and in and out of home/premises
  • Liaise with clinical team for stock movement, including collection and delivery of surgical instruments
  • Ensure safe environment within the vehicle for transporting delicate equipment

Travel to other sites will be required on occasion and for training.
