We are looking for a Full Time Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Thatcham . As a Warehouse Operations Manager , you will lead a team of warehouse shift managers, section leaders and operatives. Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours Per Week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Thatcham, RG19 4BQ
What you’ll do:
Manage, Support & Lead shift managers with counselling, coaching and the development of all employees with effective communication within the warehouse teams Accountable for Operational excellence i.e. cost and service delivery including Peak planning/delivery Be responsible for overall productivity within the operation, ensure that activities are cost effective and manage levels of manpower and other resources Customer service management including escalation to store Accountable for delivery of operational KPIs. Maintain and improve performance levels to maximise efficiency of operation in line with account KPI's Accountability for delivering the warehouse budgetWho you are:
Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of a warehouse function within the FMCG Distribution Industry. A background operating at a managerial level is a must & a passion for teamwork, coaching & mentoring Excellent team management and customer relationship skills. An analytical mind-set.
