Salary: £120 - £250 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education Kent are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join a reputable secondary school in Dover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate PE Teacher to inspire and motivate students to develop their skills and love for physical activity.

 

As a Physical Education Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons to students of all abilities, encouraging participation and promoting a healthy lifestyle. You will be expected to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that foster a positive learning environment and challenge students to achieve their personal best.

The Ideal Physical Education Teacher Will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) with a specialism in Physical Education.
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for PE, with the ability to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Have excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
  • Be able to inspire and motivate students to engage in physical activity, encouraging teamwork, perseverance, and resilience.
  • Be committed to the development of students both academically and personally, supporting their overall wellbeing.
  • Have a proactive approach to planning extracurricular activities, sports clubs, and fixtures, contributing to the wider school community.
