Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 6 Mental Health Practitioners to work within the Community Mental Health Team under the PCN team Wellingborough and District.

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach and can work alongside nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide quality and effective care.

You will demonstrate an enthusiasm for professional development and will be motivated to further your understanding and skills through various training opportunities.
