This post will be based in Annandale Medical Practice.

Team member required to join our friendly practice team. As a Receptionist and Clinical Coder for Annandale Medical Practice you will provide a whole range of tasks which support the day to day operations of a busy doctors surgery as well as designated time to code clinical records. This varied position would suit someone who is keen to learn, likes to work in a fast paced environment, recognises the importance of accuracy and likes to work as part of a team.

We are a 3 partner GP Practice located in North East Edinburgh. From our purpose built premises, we provide a wide range of services to our diverse patient population of over 8000. We have a varied multidisciplinary team comprised of GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, Mental Health Nurse, Practice Physiotherapist and full administrative team. We are an accredited training practice for that provide 6 & 12 month placements for doctors that want to specialise as a GP.

Our multidisciplinary team work in a collaborative and supportive manner.

Previous experience of working in a GP practice in a similar role would be advantageous however not essential.
